Please note courtesy letters  have been mailed for  unpaid water/sewer bills.   These outstanding amounts cannot be paid online as they are not a bill; the Tax Collector sends these reminders out as a courtesy.  Any unpaid water/sewer amounts will be liened according to MGLs on your property beginning in February 2024.  Please call the Tax office for further details or explanation before 10/10/24 to avoid the lien on your tax bill for any outstanding water/sewer bills.

Outstanding Motor Vehicle Excise Tax bills - please call the office at 508-906-3020 if you have questions regarding a MVE bill.  If the RMV has notified you that you have an outstanding bill and you cannot perform a transaction, please visit www.masscollector.com to pay this outstanding excise bill with the town’s deputy collector.   You may also contact the deputy collector via phone at 1-508-881-3149.  Please note that the deputy collector only accepts a money order or a bank check; no personal checks and no cash is accepted.  Why?  Since you have past due excise tax, you are marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles website and in order to clear you, funds need to be readily available for the clearing process.   We apologize for any inconvenience, however this is for the safety of all employees involved.

For a listing of properties in tax title, please contact Georgia Colivas, CMMT at gcolivas@medfield.net

Go to www.town.medfield.net to pay online using Unibank.  It is convenient and costs only 50 cents and it is the preferred method of paying.    Additional fees apply for credit card payments, and the tax office is now able to accept credit/debit card payments over the counter as well.  Please refer to the online fee schedule that is online

MLC’s are $50 per parcel and a SASE is required. All requests must be submitted in mail or in person.

Thank you for your cooperation and please send me an email at gcolivas@medfield.net should you have any questions.   I am happy to help in any way I can, as is my staff.   Thank you and have a good day.
