The Town has entered into an agreement naming Trinity Financial the designated developer of the Medfield State Hospital on a provisional basis.  Both the Town and Trinity are conducting additional due diligence activities as a follow-up to Trinity’s proposal, and leading up to a June Special Town Meeting regarding a potential sale of the property.
