[ARCHIVED] Office Hours: Downtown and Route 109 Mixed Use Overlay District

Screenshot (62)

We have retained the services of Brovitz Community Planning & Design/Dodson & Flinker who will be conducting the evaluation and preparing overlay zoning amendments for these two districts. Ted Brovitz will be speaking with property owners who may be interested in including mixed use (commercial and residential uses) within their buildings.

As a stakeholder in the district, we would like to hear your thoughts and ideas about potential changes to the MUOD bylaw and how you might benefit from the expansion of mixed use opportunities. Ted will have open office hours on Tuesday, March 22nd from 9am – 4pm in the Town House Warrant Room on the first floor for anyone interested to stop in and speak with him regarding the Mixed Use Overlay District project.  Please also forward this along to those that may be interested.  If you plan on stopping by, feel free to let us know before hand, or just stop in!

We have included contact information for Ted Brovitz. If you are unable to attend Office Hours with Ted on March 22, please let us know if there’s a convenient time and method for contacting you or feel free to share your thoughts by e-mail.

If you have any questions regarding future opportunities to participate in this important discussion, please call or email:
