At the Board of Water and Sewerage meeting on December 19, 2023 it was voted to increase the Water and Sewer connection fees from $2,000 to $2,500 for new construction connections (for both water and sewer) and from $200 to $250 for existing connections (for both water and sewer). The fee increases will go into effect immediately.
