Business Certificate/Business License Application
Business Certificates (or d/b/a) for the Town of Medfield are valid for 4 years once approved by the Town Clerk. The cost is $60. Please review the Zoning Bylaws that outline "Home Occupations" before applying for the certificate. The bylaws can be found here:

Note: Business certificates can be pulled under a FED id # or a Social Security Number. Please be advised that the information in the Town Clerk's office is public record. We recommend using a FED Id number for that reason.
